Avoid it!! Horrible customer service... them engineer broke our fridge top door when replacing bottom ones. Engineer said that door will be replaced as well because of his fault. When contacted them I was told that Engineer left doors in perfect condition without any dent. He lied to us just to leave as soon as possible. He wasn't careful at all with this fridge when replacing... the worst company ever if you can just choose better place

Don't bother... because they certainly don't! Why have a customer support line if no-one answers!? Samsung need to step up, and see how their contractors deal with their customers.
Picking up your telephone, is a very basic requirement of running a support centre.
Over an hour on hold with no success (whilst being 'number one in the queue')
Avoid this company at all costs.

They are now suggesting I am not reviewing the right company... let me assure you, I am.

They don't treat you like a proper person! There communication is poor, for over 2 years I was promised a clear pathway for progression, but they never delivered anything at all. I was the most successful in my role, I won the awards, got the achievements, but never got anywhere higher up as they're a company who hires and promote who they get along with best. If your looking for a short term bit of employment this place might do.

Left my full time job, after being told they have so much work then can keep me in work all year round. It started off amazing I was traveling around working every week. Then it just stopped! Haven’t had work for 6 weeks. I’m trying to find another full time jobs but with no luck so far. Have no money and behind on bills. Somethings are to good to be true!

An absolute disgrace.

They kept changing the day of my interview over and over again, without letting me know beforehand.

Who adds meetings to someone’s calendar without notifying them beforehand?

They also give VERY last minute tasks for interviews

Avoid, they will just waste your time.

I have experienced this company as a customer and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience.

An engineer had been called out to check my washing machine and at this visit, he broke a seal on the back of the washing machine and didn’t have a replacement seal so he couldn’t reattach the pipe he had taken off which resulted in the kitchen flooding later on in the day.

It was a nightmare and this company and their customer service team passed me from pillar to post completely unwilling to accept any responsibility in what occurred.

I hope this review will encourage Blue Square to deal with customer complaints properly and hopefully, they’ll stock the vans with replacement seals in future so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The pictures show the broken seal, rainwater coming in and the damage to the floor.

No loyalty or care for the workers at all. I represented a brand for years and because of 1 missed phone call I lost that role. Absolutely disgraceful. If loyalty and job security are important to you then look elsewhere because you will not find it here.

I worked for company for over 3 years. The trainers are fantastic and so are the Blue Square team in general. I was really proud of representing Samsung and and promoting its products to customers. But the company has no job security, even if your a strong team player and a staff member achieveing strong sales, which I was. I echo the other reviews and comments, they mess up your pay/wages and it takes a long time in getting your correct pay back. If they offered better job security, better HR practices and appreciated taff more for strong sales and achievements, Blue Square would be a fantastic and great company to work for. But the trainers are amazing, Samsung should be really proud of them.
