Excellent ongoing Service and expertise.

Our company needed to urgently address our IT provisions when we were wanting to grow. Recently we replaced an older laptop, unable to support Windows 11, with a new Dell Laptop. Bluebell IT Solutions, as our IT support provider, were asked to supply and set up the new laptop, transferring data from the now redundant model. I was the user of the new machine so had online and verbal interaction, mainly with Mohammed and Khalid. The whole experience was great, naturally there were a few glitches but all of these were sorted, many times by Bluebell remotely taking control of both the old and new machines whilst on the phone explaining to me what was happening. They realised I had stored many duplicate files on the old machine - these were deleted (with my agreement) so freeing up storage on the new laptop. Highly recommend this company from my experience.

After years of "self IT management" we saw some rapid expansion with our IT requirements and quickly realised that although we weren't spending money on IT, we were eating into our staffs valuable time and in-effect indirectly paying for what was really a second rate service as we only knew the basics, or what Google would help us with!
