Shop is clean and well stocked
Casier was abrupt and cheeky. After I told to calm herself down and get a grip. She stopped talking.

Great shop with lots of bargains. We went in out of curiosity and by the second aisle I was "sent" for a basket. Even with just a quick whizz around we noted as much as 50% lower prices for some everyday items, in comparison to mid market supermarket prices. Definetely we'll return for another look at their Christmas toys etc. when we have more time. Likely use B&M to stock up on specific types of product, as they have a number of big brands at low prices. Staff were also super friendly and busy restocking where needed.

Well laid out shop by B and M standards, but very poor customer service and all round experience today returning a broken product I paid cash for 48 hours ago and wasn't given a receipt- was treated like a shoplifter and had to point out that my 2 purchases on Friday would be on cctv in order to get a refund. No apology, no sorry for the hassle!!!

Clean, tidy, well stocked, efficient, pricing clear, merchandising good, staff looked good in their uniform. Often discount shops can look ragged and a mess. This had the air of one that's well run. We used before and will again.
