I changed GP surgeries to Botesdale and noticed a big difference. By comparison very organised, caring, good listener, and investigate health issues well. They explain health issues in detail and the process. They have adapted to pressures well with the use of technology, which makes the practice more efficient and resourceful with their time. Also good communication.

Great doctors, and wonderful staff that I know work very hard. Only 4 stars as Dr was running 45 minutes late and collecting repeat prescriptions is a nightmare. Usually, a 30 minutes plus queue outside with nowhere to sit. The addition of the perspex awning is a big improvement, but some kind of seating is needed as not all of us can stand for long periods of time. Perhaps something like the fold down seats at bus stops would be a good idea.

Absolutely useless people can't do there job correctly.
Always have to ring as they made a mistake on my medication, I wouldn't mind if it was just a blood pressure tablet but when it come to anti rejection medication you can imagine how angry one can get for the incompetence. Always late don't give me enough for the month.
I suppose injecting people with covid is more important atm.
Good luck when those houses are finished no chance of getting anything.

This surgery is exceptional. Under the current stresses they are coping remarkably. Can't believe people are moaning about a wait for prescriptions. It is not the surgery's fault, they are doing all they can to accommodate people in difficult times. Would like to see the moaners cope with the job themselves! Keep up the amazing work Botesdale.
