Appalled at the way my polite well mannered daughter was spoken to today when attempting to purchase lunch. When advertising create your own, a request for a simple toasted sandwich was rudely declined.We are passionate about supporting small businesses and I am so disgusted in the behaviour of fully grown women towards a young woman. Unacceptable.

Rude staff , they have a board that says create you’re own on the hot counter , when I asked if I could have something the woman rolled her eyes at me and told me I can’t have that everything is pre made ? Why advertise create YOURE own , don’t give this place you’re money
