Ordered a kitchen from B&Q Halesowen, the only part letting the whole side down is the distribution and this is a process issue, the panels are so weakly packaged, basically a wafer thin piece of cardboard, how on earth they make any money with the amount of panels I’ve had to have returned (and apparently I’m not alone) is anyone’s guess, however I have to give a massive shout out to Ryan at the Halesowen store who has been absolutely fantastic in getting all issues sorted for me. Come on management sort the packaging as you’re completely letting your whole team down.

Got everything I needed for the maintenance of my Pilates Studio. Massive free car park with a burger van which seems very popular - there was a queue. There’s also a WeBuyAnyCar portacabin. Huge DiY store with outdoor section for plants/sheds/slabs/fences etc. Sales lady was very helpful in locating items we couldn’t find. Indoor plants as well as heavy tools eg cement mixer for hire inside

Absolutely shocking, this branch is managed by really weak management.
I ordered equipment for my bathroom, they confirmed they will deliver my stuff by Christmas Eve but last minute cancelled it and rescheduled to the 1st of January ridiculous, l left my Christmas time and New Year in bad situation.
