Hard sell on paying (a lot) extra for special delivery services. The chap pretty much said that first class will not get there. He admitted that there is still no guarantee on recorded services but I would have the chance of applying for compensation....long story short, my letter did not reach its destination. Use couriers - they are cheaper, and better.

Never had a problem until today, everyone else is so lovely. But to the man with glasses who is bald, you were incredibly rude!

I let the man know I was in a bit of a rush as I had 10 mins to get to work and I did say sorry after saying I’m in a rush (after queuing for 25 mins) and he unnecessarily snapped at me, made me feel really uncomfortable and he was so rude. He could of just said okay and be done with it, but choose to be nasty. I would of said something back but I have better things to do than argue with such a little man and I’m not going to let him ruin my day.

Maybe next time leave the bad attitude at home, and be polite.

Pleasant staff BUT they don’t enforce safety rules. Young guy in front of me in workmen gear, no face covering and not self distancing. Staff allowed this without challenge. Not good enough!!!

Tried to get to get something delivered TWICE and they’ve still not updated their opening and closing times. We know this virus is a big deal, but you can’t update your time schedule? I’ve promised an EBay buyer a specific time and I’ve now let him down because of this silly mistake.

I'm a pretty regular visitor to this post office to send parcels. Not again after today! Wouldn't send a parcel I had with parcel force, told me to go home and book it with parcel force.
Genuinely thought it was a joke...
