We went for the Bremont tour (and with the intent of walking away with Bremont...) and really enjoyed the experience, primarily due to our fantastic guide Luke.
As an all British and fairly young watch brand, Bremont is open and honest about their history and experience in world markets. Great to see the watches manufactured on site by a young and energetic team. Great explanations from Luke (who used to be a watchmaker himself) on how the watches work, the manufacturing process and the company itself. Enjoyed having a technical guide instead of a salesperson!
At the end of the tour, the Boutique happened to be quite busy, so Luke took the time to continue helping us out in selecting the perfect watch, trying different straps and even helped punch a new hole so the strap would fit perfectly.

Me and another pilot and Bremont owner toured the headquarters at Bremont this week and had a great time. Luke gave the tour and did a brilliant job. He was a watch maker for over 3 years and his experience and knowledge really shined throughout our time together. My friend and I both walked away very impressed with an amazing tour, fantastic watches, and most incredible staff.

The English brothers have created something really impressive here. Not just because of the stunning watches and the staff but because of what it says about British engineering. Bremont is creating a brand which puts British watch making on the world stage. Being able to tour the facility and see how they're doing this is well worth a visit.

Shortly after posting my previous review, my wife was contacted by representatives of Bremont’s head office and by the Bluewater manager. Both individuals were very apologetic and concerned that her experience had been so disappointing. Thereafter relatively rapid progress was made and over the course of a few weeks, including the Christmas period, and with frequent updates from both Bremont HQ and Bluewater, her watch was repaired. The end result was a watch not only repaired but polished and looking superb. And when we collected it from Bluewater a bottle of very decent British wine was included as a gift. In summary: once the system kicked into action it could not be faulted and restored our faith in the integrity and pride of the Bremont brand.

Quite a stunning building with a mini boutique in the reception area. If you're a fan of the brand or just interested in watches it's worth stopping by. We didn't have time for the tour, which is a shame as I think that would really make the difference, but even just browsing the entrance room was worth stopping for: a vintage Jaguar, the TT race bike, and a Martin Baker seat, plus all the watches. The staff on hand couldn't have been nicer and when we explained we were just poking around and wanted to look they seemed genuinely happy to have us and welcomed us in. Will return for the full tour.

Today I had the fantastic experience of visiting The Wing at Bremont. Our hosts were Nev and Tom. The day was relaxed, hugely informative and good fun. Tom understands watches and why they are important to people for different reasons. There was no hard sell, we tried different watches on and it was a privilege to see how the company has been developed. If you have an interest in watches, then visit. Both Tom and Nev spoke well of other brands so it’s not just the history of Bremont but so much more.

I was lucky enough to visit Bremont recently, tucked away near Henley on Thames, their site rest peacefully in the county. Staff were charming and nothing was too much bother. Inside there are a collection of items all of which have stories and history attached. The building, its interior and watches all give off the appearance of being quality items while also being understated. Worth a visit if you are passing and like your watches.
