Where do I even start describing the design company that took us from two kids with a bootstrapped startup to an internationally recognized cider brand —and whose work still dominates store shelves over a decade later?

When we founded Awestruck Ciders, we knew two things had to be perfect: our product quality and our brand identity. Buddy Creative nailed it, crafting a playful, trustworthy, and awe-inspiring (sorry, had to!) visual presence that customers still rave about.

Beyond their impressive talent, Mark and David and their team are genuinely wonderful people—warm, fun, and a joy to collaborate with. We even got to meet them in person (after having worked together virtually for years) and it was such a highlight! We always look forward to future projects together.

We turned up with an idea and left with a brand. Buddy were brilliant, talking 2 people with no idea about branding and walking us through the entire process. They offered a real variety of options for us to discuss, allowing us to really delve into what we wanted to be seen as and how to position ourselves.

After that, they were patient and extremely helpful, especially when various organisations started to ask for changes to little areas of packaging.

Their pricing was fair and tbh we definitely got more than we had thought we would get, so a big win there!

Overall, despite being introduced to other agencies, we have stayed with Buddy and (fingers crossed) as we grow, we cannot wait to see what other ideas they will have for us. Here is to many years of collaboration.

I started working with Mark and the team at Buddy as a corporate client on spirits packaging projects many years ago and learned that small agencies can do great things for big brands. When the time came to launch my own brand, the choice of design partner was obvious. Buddy's branding and packaging work on my coffee liqueur, Algebra, is a tremendous asset for the brand.
