We recently approached C4B as we needed a social media refresh for our venue and to make sure we were keeping ahead with the ever changing trends. We had a reply back within the same day and were assigned Kevin who was very helpful, professional and informative. We were able to discuss with him areas where we needed the most support but also, we were keen to learn some new Social Media tricks to help with scheduling and content creating. He totally got the brief and sent us a detailed overview of how they could support us – it was very much tailored to the needs of our business which was just what we needed.

We booked Kevin in for a 3-hour Social Media refresh and in that time he covered three platforms. Each platform was delivered in a very well planned out presentation to ensure nothing was missed and our requirements were met. It was very interactive throughout the session and we were able to ask lots of questions throughout. Kevin also helped give us lots of tips and tricks which we will be implementing on our posts going forward!
