Absolutely gorgeous cake! We went for the size that feeds approx 22 and I can say that everyone had a slice and there was half a cake left over for us to take home! (I was not complaining!) Everyone commented on how nice the cake was. Very airy and light. Thank you so much, will definitely return as future customers.

First time I've been here & it was great. very decent size cake portion, I had the strawberry delight... lovely light sponge with good amount of fresh cream. the shop was very clean & the young lady who served me was very polite. I will definitely return for another slice of delicious cake, yum yum 😋

We had a picnic and someone got several cakes from the store ,it is by far the best cake I have had in the UK .The fact it is egg free ,with minimal quantity of sugar which I love and melts easily in the mouth,I should stop by to get myself a birthday cake from the store by next month .
Tried out the coconut cake topped with strawberry ,red velvet cake in the cup and they were great but I didn’t get the opportunity to take a picture of them.Keep up the great job

Wow! My friend surprised me with a customised cake delivery (which she had 10/10 customer service ordering with and it was a pleasant experience speaking with staff members and it was all smooth and easy)
I was greeted by a friendly delivery driver with my box ( in a refrigerated bag) and an adorable balloon! When I got in and opened the cute box I was blown away! It looked perfect, traveled well evidently, now the taste; WOW! I have tried before (10/10 lemon and vanilla sponge cake) and this cake was pure excellence.

Cannot recommend enough!! The piping was incredible, the texture is fluffy and light and goes down a treat 🙂 the cake to topping ratio is perfection, the topping which I believe is fresh cream (or at least tasted like it) is beautifully presented and tastes incredible! I can’t say enough about how great of an experience this cake was and will definitely be coming back for more!

I wanted cake. They gave me cake. Damn good too, fresh, creamy, generous with toppings. Had the strawberry with chocolate sponge. 10/10. I go to the Southampton one fairly often. This one much better in all aspects

I went to collect my cake at 11am. There are 2 friendly shop assistant. The gentlemen was serve me with the cake, he was ensure that I got the correct item. And the lady was getting my helium balloon ready. When I’m ready to leave the lady just kindly open the door for me, because I was unable to open the door. This is my lovely experience of cake box so far, despite I saw the past bad reviews, I just decided to give it a try, luckily it was turn out very good. I think we just need lovely people working in the shop, and it will turn out better. The cake is fresh and delicious! My husband is enjoying it.
