Where to start. Used for them for around 6 months, maybe a bit longer. Initial meeting was strange, lack of understanding and perhaps something lost in translation. Provided a number of maps with zones to specific geo target areas. Had a small amount of initial success - but it came at a cost of £££’s.
I was told to always use the app to do anything, monthly coaching session, meetings whatever. It never worked from day 1. It would pop up with errors and also say things like ‘no account manager assigned’ without this apparently you cannot do anything. I would then email the contact I had - who would send me a link to book a meeting. I would mention the issues in the proceeding meeting, nothing ever got done about it.
I then realised by going into my own account that the radius bubbles that can be drawn to cover a location were basically showing my small Swindon based company - covering all of England which was specifically not something I requested - I then looked at the data and could see they had wasted £££’s over time on locations we cannot even cover - complete waste of time and no ownership of the mistake.
Only when I cancelled and moved to another company did someone reach out to ask what had happened. Weird thing was so did a so called account manager who wasn’t even aware I had stopped using them.
All I would say is, be clear on what you are expecting. Sadly you will have to check this is being done - I think this is what happens when a small UK based agency use staff not based in the UK and communication is lacking
