Wonderful company with 5* customer service!! 🤩
I contacted Cards & Moor via social media to enquiry if they had a specific Jellycat I had been trying to track down for my daughters birthday, with no luck or without having to pay 2 or 3 times it’s retail price.
I had a reply within a few hours from Frankie, who then went above and beyond to try to help me and passed my details to the shop manager, Sally.
Sally then assisted me over the phone and posted it to me, as I’m not local to the shop. This is not something they usually do but they very kindly made an exception for a desperate mum 😆
Less than 24 hours later the bunny was at my front door!!
Thank you so much Sally, Frankie and your wonderful shop! I can’t recommend Cards & Moor enough and hope I can support your lovely shop again in the future 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a wonderful spacious cards and gift shop with so many lovely items to choose from, popped in to get a Birthday card but couldn't resist a candle and Jellycat bear too! They have some fab cushions & mugs on my wish list as well for next time 🙂

Visited today looking for a birthday gift. Not only did I find something suitable for this but I also found two Christmas presents, a card and advent card. Beautiful shop full of treasures. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

May 29th. Delighted to have found this treasure. Gift purchase for severely disabled sister. Sold out of the specific scented hand cream she loves.
