No one ever pick up the land line phone. Haven't been able to make contact after trying repeatedly over several days.

It’s very rare I leave 5 stars but when I do I think they are deserved and definitely something worth rewarding.
Over the last few months I had experienced really bad feedback from mobile phone shops about my phone upgrade and had a really unpleasant experience at the only Vodafone shop in Norwich ( see separate review ) .
So you can imagine my surprise when on this damp and wet Sunday when I new that the store would not be as busy I decided to bite the bullet and go to the Carphone Warehouse. When I first turned up there was just one chap serving but was stuck on the phone to there I.T desk for over 45 minutes but he managed to call someone down to help. ( to be quite honest it one of those big stores where you can spend hours looking around dreaming everything is your but over half the items are to expensive). When this little chap turned up I told him the phone I wanted budget and data and he found it within a couple of minutes . I was able to upgrade with the same network as I wanted to keep the same number. The only thing that had to happened was that they would swap SIM cards over and turn my old phone off. Last time this happened it took a week, this time it took 8 minutes. My old phone lost its connectivity and a new sim car was put into my new phone everything uploaded from the cloud and I was ready to go with my new phone same number in less than 30 minutes. I was just so impressed and how calm the little chap serving me was until I read his name badge. “ Manager” . Most managers I have come across are desk jockeys but this chap was a delight to meet. He was able to answer everyone of my questions and even answered one about when.
