Amazing. When first went in 2 or 3 years ago was impressed with their stock, bought a couple of blurays- which I didn't realize already owned- was told they don't do returns by the manager I think he is, but that didn't stop me from spending hundreds in there since! - they are a good crew here- they run a tight ship and all the staff have been helpful and courteous for the most part. Got quite a lot of tech from here that I use daily and this is my favourite shop in Lancaster. To sum it up- decent stock, decent prices and decent staff- top blokes and lasses here. And lay by payment think it is called is a God send when you are skint but want to secure a bargain before someone else snaps it up. I would shop here again- good stuff for guys/girls born in the 80's- and want to go retro with stuff- can't beat a landline. 5 stars deserving. All the best. Another happy customer 😉

Amazing staff with lots of knowledge and ready to help. Go here often for any tech I need, good prices and 12 month warranty which nowhere else seems to offer. I am slightly inept with technology and was struggling to make a decision on some headphones with limited knowledge. Usually no issues, this time shocking
I have used cashconverters.co.uk for ages, usually with minimal issues, unfortunately something very strange has happened. I placed an order last Friday with 5 items from 4 stores I have received confirmation email. I will be travelling next Friday so I called the stores to check when they will be posted. I was shocked to find our that they didn't received the order, however all the items show as sold on the website and money has been taken from my account. Most of the stores has been very supportive apart of one the Lancaster one. The guy who answered the phone was absolutely rude refusing to help, treating me like ana absolute idiot not willing to even help. He was very rude and I cannot describe how arrogant and ignorant he was he refused to reaped his name. I have made a formal complaint also contacted the online customer service. I hope that the issue with the order and horrible customer service would be addressed. One of the stores said that the situation with the order has happened couple of times in last 2 weeks so I believe there is something with the website. LANCASTER - ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE STORE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

I would also like to find out what has happened with my order. Online it says that has been sold right after I bought it, my money has been taken from my account.

Please can you take care of this?

Amazing service from a lovely ginger haired chap sold me a PS5 Slim, needed an upgrade on my system and he was very helpful finding this for me and recommended it. I think his name was Adam. Great customer service highly recommended.
