Found this place furniture shop online and popped over spontaneously! Has customer parking behind it (can also enter through there). If we recall correctly, the person named Marcel, went above and beyond, from explaining their products they stock and lead times of suppliers, he checked their local inventory and supplier for us. Explained with full transparency about their delivery service and other services they offer. Top guy! We will he placing our orders of a few pieces real soon. We highly recommend them!

Could not recommend Castle enough. Great range of items, very knowledgable and helpful staff. I probably came in with the strangest customer service/ returns request that they have ever had. The team very quickly resolved things in a way that left everyone happy. 10/10 Chaps

There are few furniture shops located in the Portsmouth, but I was pleasantly surprised to find this one just outside of the city, in the Cosham area. They have an extensive range of quality items large and small and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I was offered a warm greeting as I came in and staff were really helpful while I was there. Couldn’t recommend enough!

They allow you to look around without any pressure but are ready to help if required. There is parking around the back which allows easy access. There is a large selection of all kinds of furniture to choose from.

Such a gem of a store, blown away with their selection of amazing furniture and decor. The service from their expert team was so helpful and friendly, I felt welcome and comfortable. Also a great delivery service.

Lovely updated selection of furniture and the sofas look great too as well as all the knick knacks......Great place....visited Castles again today and always such a pleasure .....looks so lovely newly decorated as well. Such pleasant staff and good quality furniture hands down!

We were recommended to visit Castles Furniture for a oak dining table. As soon as we stepped in the showroom and saw it we knew it was the one for us, it was perfect in every way for our family!! We paid a deposit up front and was offered free delivery, the staff at this point we’re really friendly and understanding in our needs!! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the property we were buying fell through which left us with no new home for our new dining table. We spoke to Castles Furniture and explained what had happened, they acted straight away with compassion and understanding something you don’t get with the ‘big brands’ and refunded the full amount within minutes. I was impressed with their whole approach to us for being understanding and remaining positive, because of this I will definitely be returning to Castles Furniture and buying more furniture off them in the future for our new home hopefully including the oak dining table we had to let go!! They stated they’re aim is to have great furniture and give great customer service, I can definitely confirm this is the case with them and look forward to buying off them very soon. Top marks Team!!
