I was looking to generate new leads for my business and wanted to get my digital ducks in a row. Lou reviewed and optimised my Facebook and Google profiles to incorporate my new branding and introduce a lead capture form. Everything I asked for was listened to, questioned, challenged and improvements suggested.

I also had long standing issues with my Meta ads manager set up which was resolved including working with Meta support on my behalf. Facebook ads audiences and creatives were set up to run test ads and thorough explanation of the results with feedback on areas for improvement were provided.

We are Czerwik Fine Wines and Cheeses, and we started working with Lou in 2020. Like most small businesses, we thought we could do the marketing ourselves, but quickly realised there was much more to it that just popping a few posts on Facebook!

Lou came in and implemented all the aspects of marketing we needed – from influencer campaigns, event management and competitions, collabs, to clear branding and product focussed social media. It was just as Covid broke, and Lou helped us get online quickly when it was obvious that social interaction was off the cards for a while, and the number of people coming into the shop was going to drop dramatically.

Lou came up with the idea of online cheese and wine tasting evenings, which were a huge hit! Our in-person events are always sell-outs, but it was great to see the popularity translate to an online audience. Lou managed the entire process – from creating and marketing the events, to organising the logistics of getting fresh cheeses and complimenting wines safely to the participants.

Lou also created our popular Cellar Sessions, where a local fellow business owner would come to the Czerwik cellars for a live interview and some wine tasting. They went down really well and helped promote the business and grow our audience, and they were also great fun to do!

Working with Lou was really relaxed and easy – she is very knowledgeable and is constantly coming up with new and innovative ideas to market our business.
