Do not print photos here! I returned to print some photos as I have many times before as prefer to shop local and have always had great service here. I asked a question about the colour saturation and unfortunately instead of the usual knowledgeable service, had a finger pointed at me and told off as if I was a child. Maybe they're all out of Christmas goodwill. Either way, if you're female I would tread carefully or send your brother / husband / boyfriend in instead.

Went in for some passport photos for babies. Didn't catch the guys name but was extremely helpful. Good prices on all stock in shop. Got some Bluetooth headphones reduced from£25 to £5 very impressed

My daughter purchased a light trigger which wasn't suitable. Under law 14 day consumer rights I contacted for a refund but the store doesn't know how to process the refund on the card machine. As jobbing photographer from out of the area she said she would be back on Friday but apparently the staff working can only do it on Monday... which means a additional cost in fuel from surrey. I'm sure if i were to make a purchase they would take my money whatever day. I suggest the staff have the required training to deal customers in the correct manner . After a 5min call the guy hung up...Embarrassing behaviour and she still requires a refund.....

I love this shop and hope others do to.
It's the only descent camera and photography shop across the Chilterns these days.
The guys who work here are old school, incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly deserve your custom. It's digital and analogue cameras with a great range of used cameras and loads of spares.
They only do Passport photos on Monday, Friday and Saturday....it's a 10 year Passport so hey it's worth doing properly.

Just got my lens repaired with Chesham Cameras and I was amazed by the service. More importantly both Brian and David are extremely knowledgeable and know the ins and outs of camera technology.

I needed my lens back to help someone out at an event and Brian made sure he did everything to get it back to me well on time.

I will be using these guys again. Can’t beat a local and knowledgeable service.

The took way over a month to develop my film, finally got it back to tell me they couldn’t develop any of the photos and rewind all my negatives. I now have no photos and lost memories. would never use this company again! Avoid.
