Since they were taken over by JPI Media, their business model is click bait for revenue. It's a great advert for the demise of local media run by a group who employs so called journalists straight out of university who get taught click bait tactics, that don't even reside in the town. Poor site that slowly loads because of all the ads.

It's the voice of Northamptonshire which lets people know exactly what the county and district councils are up too. The readers comments are the best part of the news as they show how the public feel about some of the ludicrous things that happen in this town. The site has just been revamped completely and whoever is responsible has made a dame good job of it. Now incorporating the I newspaper which gives the paper a national perspective. Super fast loading and excellent site design.

GIVE US AIRPORT- BEFORE OWN TOWN DIES- IT WILL BRING MORE PEOPLE INTO THE TOWN TO SPEND THEIR MONEY IN OUR SHOPS PUBS AND RESTAURANTS, WE ALLREADY HAVE ONE AT SYWELL, MAKE IT BIGGER TO EVEN CREATE MORE JOBS FOR OUR PEOPLE AS WELL. I REALLY THINK ITS ABOT TIME NORTHAMPTON PEOPLE HAD A SAY ABOUT OUR OWN TOWN AND WHERE THE MONEY WE PAY FOR OUR TAXES ARE SPENT,LUTON HAS ONE SO WHY CANT WE HAVE ONE.
