Contacted Mark about a long running issue with Windows 10 on my desktop not updating to its latest version V1909 from V1803.
He called me within 20 minutes of sending a email query and had a long conversation on possible problems , once we had established I'd tried all the usual suspects we arranged a home visit.
He arrived on time and very quickly showed his depth of knowledge by working out the issue and we carried out a clean install with Hard drive partition changes that allowed the PC to finally update, no way I'd have ever figured it out myself.
Highly professional and highly recommended and very reasonable prices.

I have been using Mark's services at Churchdown Computers for a few weeks now and have found his knowledge and expertise in sorting out my PC problems to be invaluable.
I recently lost data from a corrupt hard drive and Mark has assisted and guided me through the process of recovering and restoring the lost data.
He has also health checked my computer for bugs and other issues and explained everything in a non- techy, easy to understand way.
I can thoroughly recommend Mark and will certainly be using him again.

Mark came to set up my new IMac and transfer
everything over from my old machine.He did a great
