I have been with Cleartech for my telecomms for around 5 years and I have never had any issues.

They always pick up the phone and they are always super helpful and resolve ANY issues promptly. The staff are always friendly and have built wonderful relationships with the staff within my business.

When I first joined them they bought me out of my contract promptly and they have since reduced my monthly bills even more.

I, personally, wouldn't go anywhere else.
If it isn't broken - don't fix it!

I can confidently say NO ONE should be doing business with you. As your telephone customer, we've been using your service for over 6 months. After everything, your response to my and your Google review proves exactly why—you're unprofessional, unethical, and clearly lacking in decency. What I posted on Cleartech Google Review is based on facts and evidence, and instead of owning up to the issues in your company, you attack the customer. It’s unbelievable that you would rather defend your own failings publicly than fix the problems on your end. Your response is a reflection of the quality you deliver—no ethics, no truth, no care for customers.

Our experience with Cleartech Communication has been extremely troubling and financially damaging.

Instead, we faced many unexpected, unbelievable and unpredictable issues we have never seen before, which are as follows:

• HAVING LEGAL ACTION FOR CLEARTECH FAILURE TO SETTLE WITH PREVIOUS PROVIDERS: After taking over, you admitted to miscalculations and claimed you couldn’t settle with our previous provider. As a result, both 4com and Propel, our previous telecom providers, are now rightly taking legal action against us due to your failure to pay their bill, which you are obligated to settle.

• OVERCHARGES AND BROKEN SAVINGS PROMISES: Despite promises of £200/month savings and technical improvements, not only did the savings never materialise, but we are now paying the same rate plus an additional £14,000 in overcharges.

• SALESMAN’S DEPARTURE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Toby, your salesman, assured us of these savings, prompting us to sign the Cleartech agreement. Shortly after, your technician informed me that Toby had left the company, and you refused to take responsibility for his commitments.

• REDUCTION IN HANDSETS AND CONTRACT EXTENSION: We also received only 4 handsets (instead of 6), and our contract commitment was extended from 3 years to 7 years. Also, CRM integration was promised and confirmed by Cleartech and has not been done.

Since the damages exceed £10,000, the Communications Ombudsman has closed the case due to their compensation limit. Nevertheless, I have already challenged this decision and now the case has been reopened by the Communications Ombudsman.

We have already wasted considerable business time on this matter. Your lack of effective action to solve the issue and your preference to defend your own failings publicly rather than fix the problems on your end have forced us to escalate this matter to the Communications Ombudsman and publicly address our grievances. This has not only caused financial strain but also disrupted our business operations, which is completely unacceptable.

As your customer, I am experiencing ongoing issues with your service. Instead of addressing these concerns directly, you responded publicly on my Google review, which is not the appropriate platform for resolving these matters.

We have been with Clear Tech for about 18 months, and we have found their service to be perfect!

We dealt with Tony initially who is a pro in his field, he knows his stuff that’s for sure. Not like some other reps from other providers who seem to send absolute donkeys!

Trudy, Matt and the back office team are always on hand to help with technical queries and they deal with things quickly.

What’s great about clear tech is that you speak to the same people which makes a big difference to the level of customer service you receive. Bigger is not always better! At the same time, they are big enough to have experts in each field.

When you go to the market to change provider it is hard choosing a company to work with however, we are pleased we chose Clear Tech!

Don’t worry about the contract term either, we come to learn that long contracts is standard across all the providers!

We have rated Cleartech 2 stars. The phones work absolutely fine, there is no issues with the lines and it maintains great service/coverage the app is poor and doesn't work well when out of the office would be our only complaint.

Our issue is the company sales culture, as a business we feel we have been stitched up, we agreed to a contract with a monthly cost of £800 we are now paying £1200, the company isn't interested now your a customer.

The technical team have been very good, but the customer service once you are a client is horrendous, we have been miss sold.

13.02 further to cleartechs reply,

They are currently taking 1200 per month, we should be paying 600 as per original agreement, they have offered me a new 7-year contract with a payment of 800 as you can understand this isn't exactly a resolution.

From the initial visit to signing up, was a really informative process and they explained everything I needed to know and made the decision really easy to make.

Following signing up for the new system Cleartech were very quick and efficient in organising the installation date to suit my requirements. The guys who then came in on the day were brilliant. Can't thank them enough for all their help, knowledge and the seamless transfer to their service. They installed everything and then set about training us how to use the phones to get the most out of them. They spent time with each person and didn't stop until everyone was happy.

I would highly recommend Cleartech if you need great service for broadband or telecoms as these guys know what their stuff and do what they say on the tin.

It's early days, but the install went without hitch. This phone system has not failed once. Everything does as it should. I have only needed technical support once. Call was answered by within a few rings. The changes to our system was made within 3 hours. The sales person Toby was honest and up front about the length of the contract term and ACTUAL monthly costs. (Do not be afraid to ask these details upfront). Other companies offer a 24 month discounted contract where costs then double for another 5 years afterwards by highly questionable marketing practices. Cleartech have so far honoured all their commitments to me and the contract. Louise in customer services has been very helpful too. I hope it continues in the same way.

What a great company! Not a bad word to say. The transition we had done last week was simple, smooth and we lost no downfall time in the process. The lady I spoke with Cassie explained everything clearly so I wasn't in for any surprises and managed to actually save us some money so all smiles from our business. They made the system to our needs and not like our previous provider that put in what they wanted and was not suitable at all for us. The engineer that came answered any questions I had and we are more than happy with what they have done. No interference in calls or internet dropping ! Superb.👍👍
