My company Caribbean Blinds UK Ltd has been working with Climb Online since November 2020. After being disappointed with results from previous digital agencies Climb Online stood out due to their fresh, dynamic approach. They took the time to understand our business and products / services and most importantly demonstrated the best options and routes to get us noticed online to our target audience (quality leads!).

We have to date in what is a relatively short time had some amazing results (conversions) and in our low season too. The team are highly professional and passionate about what they do, they take the time to listen and work as our partners (an extension to our marketing team) rather than traditional suppliers. It is a pleasure to work with them. They are always responsive and consistently keep us well informed and updated on the various campaigns that are running.

The worst experience I have ever had with a business partner, underqualifyed staff who over promise opportunities. I was actually approached by climb as a business they had highlighted with great potential, they pulled out all the stops to sell themselves to me, unfortunately what they delivered was beyond shocking, they turned a profitable advertising account into one that was losing thousands of pounds a month, the "experts" I was tooled with had less experience in digital marketing than myself and had only left university the summer before, funningly enough they changed who my account manager would be the day I signed the contract. The account was littered with basic mistakes, such as linking the wrong products to adverts, when this was highlighted, they refused to accept their mistakes and told me it was "testing" or it was my fault for not checking earlier.
They used a one size fits all approach and theirs nothing bespoke about their strategy, in-fact they ignored every aspect of my previous strategy rubbishing the 5x ROAS i achieved personally, while only achieving a 0.8 ROAS on any of their adverts, all while taking zero accountability, or refusing to accept they should use a hybrid approach tailored to my account specifically as I had suggest numerous times
The worst was when I decided to leave according to our agreed three month probation they threatened to take me to court and the account manager would only let me leave my contract if I had signed a NDA, I went to the top and only after spamming the owners Linkedin did they accept their wrong doing and they apologised for threatening me with court and the mistakes their staff had made.
If I could describe their service in three words it would be "digital snake oil" avoid at all costs.
