I got talked into this with a pushy cold call from a "Google Partner", but I could cancel after the first month so went for it. Nothing happened in terms of noticeable business increase or feedback from them. So I cancelled and, fair enough, that was no problem for them; no calls trying to persuade me to stay. That was July.

Today (November) I got another cold call from them (although I didn't realise it was the same company). I told them to put their proposal in an email. Email arrived. 1 hour later another call asking if I had read it. I said I had not. They said they would call again in 1 hour. I told them not to phone before Monday (today is Thursday).

Have now checked my archived email and identified them as being the same company. I'm not getting stung twice.

Rude and only want to push sales and take money.
I had a call this afternoon from this company asking to get me as a small business owner on board. I listened to the sales pitch and said how it sounded great but would have to have a chat with my business partner to make a decisionand would call back. The caller would not listen and persisted to make me agree to a deal on the phone. Then started mocking me as a business owner and then started using remarks like "we will give this opertunity to your competitors that will take the work from you" among others.
How you expect people to use your services is beyond me.

Dishonest company currently in liquidation. I signed up for one month, and I told them very clearly I did not want to auto-renew. I emailed their cancellation email address at the time to cancel at the end of that month. They failed to process my cancellation, and proceeded to charge me for two more months. When I complained, they said they could not refund me because payment had been taken "via a secure system" - they take their customers for fools. I have sinced complained to my bank, who refunded me straight away. If you look up their company name (Pearl Media UK Ltd) on companies house, you will see they are in liquidation and late with their last accounts. They keep quiet about this on their website.

I was unsure wether to go for the ad words or not at first (question everything that involves money lol) but after the campaign started on the Monday I was already having phone calls by the Tuesday, which that first customer covered most of the expense of using complete digital media (a customer that I wouldn’t have had otherwise). Customer service is brilliant, answering any questions as soon as they get chance. These guys know what they’re doing and they’re straight to the point which as a man with not much time is great. I’d recommend any business to give it a go, even for just a month you’d see the benefit and not look back

I was assisted by Joe today and I felt that he listened, assisted me and hopefully this will turn into further bookings. I have so far found this company helpful (sometimes have to ask them to speak a little more slowly just because I am not very technical) but they are always obliging.

They are on hand for advice and I have never failed to contact them.
