I came here because it had good reviews, and after a good experience I am enclined to leave one also. I came here after having issues with my first PC build and they identified and rectified the issue without making me feel like the total novice I actually am, so I appreciate it fully (as an anxious guy this was my concern). The service was very quick and I can return to my computational biology without much delay to my intended timeline 😀

Ordered a motherboard from Orbit, unfortunately it was the wrong model (an easy mistake the two models look exactly the same). They rectified this instantly, like literally the minute the shop opened. Great customer service and very understanding. Some of the best prices in the UK and only sell quality parts.

Legends, probably the best people to order parts from, I had an issue with my shipping address and gave them a phone call, A South African guy helped me out and was super helpful and got my issue fixed really quickly (he is the goat). I have been into Computer Orbit a few times to browse. This time i went in to buy a new CPU, Motherboard, RAM and Cooler. The sales staff (Jack served me) were extremely helpful and informative, he didn’t try to just upsell anything they took into consideration my budget and advised excellently. Fair to say I took his advice and now my PC doesn’t skip a beat, consistently holding FPS. Next time i am in the market for parts I will be back here!

I've found Computer Orbit not only had the best price on some hardware I needed, but their customer service was exemplary, very helpful, friendly and professional, and most of all efficient, this is why I try to use smaller businesses instead of giving my money to Amazon, it didn't cost me any more and I felt looked after and valued as a customer, very highly recommended.

I needed a new gaming PC as ours was broken but don't really understand much about computers. Ollie was really helpful over emails with helping me understand which one would suit me for the games we wanted to play on it. I received my PC and monitor very quickly and set them up.
