Lovely store, red haired woman on the till and a short blonde woman who works in the bakery are the light of the place! Management needs work but! solid 4.5 out of 5 for me!

Very helpful young man at the checkout who explained to me how their reward system works.
Very grumpy short haired assistant reluctantly went to the stock room to get me some mince pies. She initially asked me if I really needed them today, and when I said yes she said it would take ten minutes to get them out! Not service with a smile at all.

Absolute disgrace to Helmsley had a leak smelt dreadful horrible rude short haired female assistant no lighting in some aisles same assistant moaning about people leaving baskets around instead of helping the nice young guy on the tills what a tip of a shop !!!
