BEWARE, THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE TRUSTING THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ESPECIALLY IN THIS PANDEMIC. I have bought ONE screen last 23rd August and have not received a refund even though it is now October and I have completed sending back the two faulty sub-standard screens they have sent in early September. They have sent a faulty screen which is leaning at an angle, so I have asked for a replacement, but the screen they sent was in an even worse state than the first one and appears to have been used before, bent and crooked with scratches and dirt on the metal stand. They refused to refund me because they claim I am a business although I am not and have bought this for personal use. They want to continue sending me their faulty screens which I refused obviously because of their poor quality. I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for good quality and decent customer service.I gave them enough time to reply and send a refund but I have not heard back. I am now preparing to file a complaint to the ombudsman and get my money back through the small claims court.

Poor excuse for a printers. Many better printers around.

The court case mentioned in Adam Soble's reply refers to a case I bought against Adam Soble's firm concerning signage they produced and installed on my photography studio. The signage fell off the building just six months after being installed. We were extremely lucky that nobody was seriously injured or killed; the sign weighing in the region of 9 kgs dropped like a guillotine blade onto a walkway below. This walkway links many of the units to the utility/toilet block and this happened during half-term when several children were on site and were using that walkway

Adam Soble's firm certainly weren't awarded any of their costs, as he claims, in fact his claim for costs was dismissed by the court. The irony is that signage I installed myself at around the same time is still in place six years later whereas the 'professionally installed' signage fell off the building after just six months so maybe the Judge was right to come to the conclusion that I knew more about hanging signs on buildings than Adam Soble's firm.

When you pay several hundreds of pounds for signage you expect something more for your money than a crumpled sheet of aluminium Apologies to anybody affected by this post
