Steve was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, totally personable and highly detailed in his work. Quickly got back to me with a reasonable quote and examples of Level 3 surveys for reference, communicated great throughout. Arrived on time if not early on the day and stayed as long as he needed to get what he needed. His report was extremely thorough and the additional of cost estimates was extremely beneficial, had the report the next working day too. Then talked it through with me in detail the following day and gave helpful advice on next steps. Would highly recommend CPM to anyone looking to get a survey done! Thanks again

From start to finish Steve has been fantastic. We had a level 3 survey on a property and Steve has been so helpful in explaining his findings. He is very knowledgeable and his report was thorough and easy to follow and was provided quickly following his visit. Cannot fault the service provided by Steve for a level 2 building survey. It was completed very thoroughly, with a quick turn around. I rang Steve on the Saturday to arrange a survey for a property I have recently purchased. Steve had the survey for the property booked for the Wednesday and I had my report the next day. We contacted CPM to conduct a survey on a 26 yr old property we really liked. Steve the surveyor was very knowledgeable. Although i had noticed several concerns with the house which i could have rectified. Steve picked up on several major issues that made it a no-goer. We decided not to proceed with the purchase.
