Tried having 2 vans signage done by this company. On both occasions I sent vehicle details and actual photos of the vans so they knew what I had but on both occasions they walked out with printed vinyl that was too small. On my recent experience they then reprinted the sides but only by extending the background not the complete sign leaving the main part of the sign looking like an afterthought stuck in the middle. They emailed to say they were not ignoring me but after an 8 week wait I had to make contact only to be told I had to take the van so they could measure it then wait 24 hours and return so they could fit.
In all honesty their customer care is none existent and they try blaming the art work designer despite him supplying the artwork on 2 different files with the resolution of being able to cover a house so I have decided to go to their competitors and get them to put right this poor signage.

Having had my business van wrapped with advertising back in 2018 I wanted some more doing but a little more discreet this time. Andy was really helpful throughout and was spot on with communication with me. Within pretty much a Wk everything was read and I was good to go. Go in and speak to Andy and get that 1-1 customer service.

Craft signs has provided my business for years with all of our printed and embroidered apparel. They also do our building and vehicle signage. Their service is always friendly, fast and very reasonable. The artwork they create is sharp and long lasting. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is need of the works that they do. Ordered a kitchen splashback. Had glass cut and craft signs finished it with the design and its absolutely brilliant. While the glass company weren't great and messed me about the lady at Craft signs was so helpful and accommodating. Cheers guys. Very happy customer!
