We had a relationship with Crafted for many years which ended after a very disappointing attempt to create a website for us. We have spend 100s of thousands with them over the years but found better value and service in a different agency. We had some pricing software developed by Crafted on a separate contract which unfortunately was compromised due to a cyber attack. As Crafted built the software it seemed to make sense to ask them to assist (paid for) for the hour it would have taken for one of their engineers to assist.
Rather than actually have a look and see whether they could be of assistance, the MD wrote to me (first time ever) to announce that they were far to busy to even look at this until April (of course!?) and perhaps I should take the matter to the agency we now use, who had nothing to do with the design of the software.
All in all, we saved a great deal of money having our digital campaign dealt with elsewhere, got a spanking new website at a lesser cost than Crafted were asking, and are getting better SEO results.
This may sound bitter. It's not. I would never have mentioned any of this as it is part of life, and relationships change. However, there is an attitude coming from the MD that seems a little bitter. Shame, as I paid every bill on the nail, for over 5 years. Gratitude is something that Crafted need to consider. If you want a Digital Marketing company that is as above, be my guest, but we will not be recommending them to anyone for many reasons.

I received a rope necklace for valentines and am absolutely over the moon with it. It's very light but of good good quality. What I'm most pleased about is how it lays well with an existing necklace I've worn for years and seems to have given that a new lease of life.
