Creative Giant's Rob Wilkes listened and gave insightful advice at every stage of our website build – from inspiration boards and wireframes, to site management training for relevant staff members. He made it his business to understand our brand and was really intuitive about what we wanted to achieve – alongside a generous (and patient) approach whenever we contacted him with a query or new idea during the design/build process.

Most importantly, the Creative Giant team delivered what they promised and we are benefitting from the results of this, in terms of a marked increase in enquiries, which began shortly after launch and this has continued ever since.
