When considering Creative Tenders, here are some key points to keep in mind:

However, it's crucial to approach with caution given the low average opinion score. Here are some observations:

  • The company's limited number of reviews raises concerns about its visibility and possibly its performance or reputation.
  • The average rating of 1/5 is particularly low, indicating significant room for improvement in their services or customer satisfaction.
  • Despite this, the website presence and phone availability show a commitment to being reachable and responsive.

Recommendation: If you're considering engaging with Creative Tenders, it might be wise to delve deeper into specific projects they've handled or seek testimonials beyond the two available. Their website offers a platform to explore their portfolio and services in detail. Given the average opinion, it could be beneficial to discuss expectations clearly and ensure they align with your needs before proceeding. Contacting them directly through their website could provide you with the opportunity to ask the questions that matter most to your business or project.

Remember, while Creative Tenders presents itself as a versatile agency with valuable skills, the low customer satisfaction score is a red flag that shouldn't be ignored. Taking the time to verify their capabilities and perhaps exploring alternative options might save you from potential disappointment. However, if after thorough research you still believe their services could be beneficial, reaching out through their professional website is the next step.

Set up an account and started the pay monthly plan with them. Didn't find their system very useful and support wasn't great. For example you have to register for every site they link to and you can't download the tender information from the system. Also searches weren't showing up even though I had the tags for the same projects. Asked to put my account on hold or cancel. Was told that's not possible you've signed up for a year.

Possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The service is overpriced, with none of the tenders I applied for ever replying, let alone coming to fruition. Not only that, they applied extreme pressure on me to renew after one year, threatening me with all kinds of contract nonsense which was completely unfounded and repeatedly tried to take money from my card, when I asked them not to. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
