i wouldnt recomend booing any holiday from this shop..not very helpful at all member of staff came across agressive,adament ,intimidating and basiclly ay we didnt have permiion not to o there,due to data protection which eaves me to believe with it being a canaltion package holiday that ome kind of information of the previous person/persons details must of been left on, as with her strongly mentioning this ,they are ment to do everything to help you but this person in question wouldnt spend 2 minutes to fill or help me fill out the form to allow us to leave and gain entry to a country but was hapy to take £800 give me wrong link or number to do this also havig to collect our holiday tickets from a photo shop as they were closed which in my opinion is breachng the data act as our personal details/dates we are away from home,also having to pay for anther flight from birmingham instead of newcastle which when you read ther policy that they are ment to arrange the the flight availble free....was more intersted in blaming other companys and people instead ofbeing profesional and help...recomend go elsewhere
