Ordered 24 bespoke caps with a tight deadline, Charlie produced proof designs and confirmed the caps will be delivered on date requested. The final product was better than expected, extremely pleased with the product and service from design by creative, will use again and again!

Shocking service. 5 weeks after placing order no mock up received and zero comms. Website says 5 weeks to produce from approval of mock up, so would be 10 weeks at best. Avoid unless you are willing to wait 10 weeks + for your product.

Caps arrived and they’re great. From the outset Charlie has been really helpful firstly with the suitability of the design and throughout the production/delivery process.
