Neat open shopping centre. Massive selection of quality shops. Well organised.
Plenty of parking and reasonable selection of restaurants and coffee shops - it does get very busy at weekend and peak times.

Ashford Designer Outlet is a fantastic shopping destination, offering a wide range of designer brands at discounted prices. It’s located a bit further from the city center but is easily accessible with plenty of parking and good toilet facilities. The outlet is clean, tidy, and family-friendly, with a kids’ play area to keep little ones entertained. We visited during Christmas and loved the festive lighting, which made the place feel magical. The staff are friendly, and the overall vibe is welcoming. A great spot for shopping and spending time with family or friends!

Ashford Designer Outlet has a large range of shops, especially since the new addition of the more “designer brands” and places to eat. The circle layout is handy for walking around and quite wheelchair accessible. It’s a good afternoon out and I always manage to find something. There’s some entertainment for children, like a little park and merry go rounds (etc) and cars to push them round in which cost £9 for the day.
The main car park has plenty of space available but for particularly busy weekends, there is an overfill car park across the road by the Asda. Both cost £2.50, which seems fairly reasonable.

Great prices and variety of products from each designer outlet. Most of the famous designers have a store there. There are lots of options, too.

Great place for shopping!

Such a variety of shops with great pricing value.
There are not just clothing shops, there’s cooking, restraints, little nice food stalls.

It can get very busy on weekends and holiday periods.

We prefer to be down early so that you have a good parking space and that you can take your time to walk around.

You have the main parking which is paid but if that is full, there is another parking that is just a small walk away, so there is no issue if it is busy.

Would definitely recommend for a nice day out shopping with some good prices

Absolutely loved our day at Ashford Designer Outlet!

Such a well-designed, open-air shopping village with a great atmosphere. The layout is very convenient — everything is within walking distance and there’s plenty of space to stroll, relax, or grab a coffee. The place is clean, family-friendly, and well-managed.

We were impressed with the variety of major brands available — some of the standout ones we visited included:

👗 Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Guess – lots of stylish deals on premium fashion.
👜 Kate Spade, Coach, Radley London – stunning bags at outlet prices.
👞 Clarks, Skechers, Timberland – comfy footwear for everyone.
👖 Levi’s, Diesel – denim heaven with great bargains.
⌚ Watch Station, Fossil – excellent gift ideas and accessories.
🏡 Le Creuset, Lindt, Denby – perfect for homeware and sweet treats.

Also loved the food court and cafes – especially the crepes and coffee! Easy parking and good public transport access as well.

Whether you’re looking for a fashion refresh, sports gear, homeware, or just a day out, this outlet is totally worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back!

An amazing outlet to visit! There are plenty of brands to choose from, with great discounts on most items.

The staff in each store are very friendly and always ready to help. I also love that they provide Kiddy Cabs, making it easier for children to move around.

A tidy, well-kept, busy, shopping centre. Some shops were a bit overwhelming as too much was cramped in, but generally it was a very pleasant day out, and prices and sales were pretty good. There are lots of nice food stalls, but big queues at the restaurants, so plan ahead for meals.
