Colaboram cu cei de la Digital Moment de peste un an de zile. Sunt niște oameni foarte profesioniști in tot ceea ce fac, iar suportul pe care ți-l acordă este de nota 10. Inițial am avut doar partea de hosting la ei, apoi ne-au refăcut site-ul de la 0, iar de ceva timp am început și partea de promovare pe google cu ei. Digital Moment s-a ocupat de implementarea sincronizarii APIurilor sistem gestiune (Sedona Retail) - website (Woocommerce) pentru noi. Mai simplu spus, le-a invatat sa vorbeasca aceeasi limba, astfel incat stocurile, comenzile, preturile, etc, sa se sincronizeze pe site si in sistemul de gestiune.
Comunicarea, implementarea si functionarea a fost ok pana intr-un anumit punct.
Daca atunci cand cumperi alte pluginuri, detii pluginul respectiv si ai acces la partea de setari, in cazul Digital Moments aceeasi logica nu se aplica.
Nu ai acces la setari, nu iti poti seta singur parola de conectare la APIul Sedona, deci nu o sa ai nici o data control total asupra sigurantei datelor tale.
O sa existe tot timpul o a treia persoana care va avea acces si va putea extrage informatii sensibile din baza ta de date.
Noi vom rezolva probabil pe cale legala aceasta problema.
