The workers in this shop really means business. I was promptly attended to with a friendly approach. He told it May take an hour to repair my phone so l can go and comeback after an hour. When l told him it’s too cold outside, he immediately offered me a comfortable chair to relax and wait. Excellent service.

Fabulous shop and service. First, They repaired my husbands laptop. And when I accidently spilled water on my MacBook I went there from his recommendation. Great service. I had a problem with my smart TV, the screen went dark. It was repaired to high standard, the picture quality is back to its original quality. The drawer of my Denon cd player/amp/tuner wouldn't close completely. Digital Outlet completed the work within a day at a price I felt was worth it, given the irritating fault. Drawer works perfectly now. Highly recommend. No unexpected hike in the cost over what was quoted. Excellent.
My only suggestion to customers is to check the desk staff take your details correctly including device model number. A communication issue meant I had to correct details of my email address and model number.
