This is the 2nd time I have renewed with DBS. On the first occasion, I got such a good deal, no-one believed me and I was worried it couldn't be true! Suffice to say, it was and I'm eternally grateful.
The second time, the service was just as supportive and friendly as the first time but the most important thing for me was that there was absolutely no pressure, no hard sales pitch and I felt comfortable and confident that the company was genuinely acting in my best interests.
