First time ordering from Direct Computers and I feel that throughout the whole process, I was always put first.

I dealt with Josh and he was brilliant from start to finish. I made quite a few amendments to the order and Josh was more than happy to accommodate them.

System arrived when expected and it definitely looks the part.

I've used various gaming PC companies through the years but can honestly say that Direct Computers have been the best and always put the customer first.

Joshua was great from the start to the finish. I gave him the spec I wanted and managed to save over £300 compared to the other big brands. Pc came well Packaged, and all the extra wires were in a separate bag. 5* all round

I was recommended by a friend to use Direct Computers and now I'm here to recommend them to you!

I used Direct Computers to finally treat myself to a gaming computer that could run everything I want it to run, without having to turn any graphic settings down, and that is exactly what I got, all for a very impressive price.

I contacted customer service because I had a couple of questions and I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and friendly the whole experience was.
They were very patient with me and provided me with text and screenshot step by step instructions.

It brings me great peace of mind, knowing that's the level of customer service we are provided with as customers of Direct Computers.

I'm very impressed with my overall experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that is considering using them!

Recently contacted Direct Computers to request advice about customising my PC to enable me to upgared it from Win10 to Win11. Excellent service from all who assisted....from the lady who first took my call (very friendly and helpful) through to Josh who provided advice, arranged for the upgrade and took the PC from me (I live near them), and on to the specialist who talked me through the final stages of the upgrade. Initially phoned them at 11.30am and collected the upgraded PC at 4.30pm. First class! Thank you to all.
