The worst shop I've have had the displeasure of entering.

Dirty surroundings...rude ignorant staff...(if you can call them that)...zero customer service.

I went in once to try and get a jar of beetroot....one jar on shelf... it was six months out of date. I didn't bother even saying anything because I don't think they would have cared.

Once I went to pay a bill and he tried to charge me an extra ten pounds...I had to argue my point for ten minutes until he admitted he was wrong! Absolutely hopeless!

I would not buy anything from there ever again.

Avoid like the plague.

I live just a few minutes from here and would rather travel further then ever go into this place.
Your very lucky to find food that is in date and if you do find something you want 9 times out of 10 you have to wipe thick dust off it, had friends been asked " if they want to buy out of date bread at half price " 🤢 such a run down dirty place thats crying out for a refurb and been taken care of, not to mention how run down it looks from the outside too, zero care is given to this store.
And all that is before you even get to the customer service 😬 pretty sure the older guy that " works " in there shouldn't even be left alone responsible for a store let alone dealing with public 🙄.
He is so far away with the fairies half the time we have had to argue the case of him wanting to charge double for our bills, and that's not just happened to me but also family have told me its happened to them too, and his attitude 😬 is terrible if your going to be so rude you should not be dealing with public.

Did an Evri drop off and pick up. On both occasions they had no idea where my parcel was, even though I was getting numerous emails that I had to pick it up from this shop. Sending a parcel was even more frustrating. The man said I needed another code when I knew I did not. I went to another Evri drop off point and got it done straight away without another code.

On a different note, the shop does need a refurbishment.

Rude ignorant staff member who tried to refuse a packageless return to Evri. He took it eventually after a great deal of argument. He doesn't deserve his Evri franchise. To be avoided like COVID!!!
