Echo personnel are a happy friendly team . The office staff Ben and Anna where so friendly when I had my interview and I immediately felt at ease. They offered me work straight away with no problems whatsoever and were flexible with shifts and hours. Ben has been very helpful and is always available if you have any queries. I have felt very welcomed into this job and lots of opportunities to take on overtime. Very happy with my experience.

I started working at echo personnel in February 2021 they are a great company to work for, very supportive staff. Nothing is too much trouble, Ben, Anna and Amanda are absolutely amazing. I’m autistic and they have been there for me for support and help with any worries I may have. I highly recommend echo personnel to work for because you will get such a warm welcome and be well looked after!

From the very start Ben and Anna have been very warm and welcoming, not to mention helpful to someone like me who has never really had a job before. I applied for a community job through ECHO PERSONNEL and The staff handled the whole process. They took the time to discuss in detail and even managed training courses for me which was quite nice to be more confident. They always asked me if I was happy with everything which was definitely the most important thing to me . They always showed me transparency. Ben helped managing my expectations as well. I would reccomend this to anyone.
