we chose ElevateOEM as we needed to outsource the website build due to time, we have ended up designing the theme of each page completely ourselves for the designer to then copy; still with the theme there for them to copy mistakes are constant. We should have just built it ourselves on Shopify and saved time and money

The biggest frustration is the actual web designer isn't based in the UK and you can't directly speak to them. They only work really early in the day so if you want any contact in the afternoon forget about it, you also can't speak with them directly or jump on a video call directly so everything is communicated second hand through a customer success agent which is infuriating and delays any actions, and often you have to re-communicate tasks two or three times.

Don't expect them to take any initiative whatsoever, they went live with our site in January without telling us or having our approval, the website went live with a Black Friday promotional banner! when i questioned this the response was other companies also keep the banners up. zero accountability and a severe break down in trust when you know they will just try and talk there way out of mistakes rather then just own it.

also be absolutely concise with your ask prior to signing up, I asked if they can do an amazon integration, they said 'yes we can link to your amazon' as part of the package. Once the project started they charged me extra for the integration as they said an integration is chargeable but a link isn't... even though they responded yes to the integration question.

my only advice is stay away there are far better services with far less complications

I was asked to update the website wording for a referral networking group that I belong to, Business Growth Group. For the project, I worked alongside Darren and his team, who were all very helpful. Regular communications and great ideas were shared to ensure that my copy was uploaded to the new website which ElevateOM designed for the group. Behind the scenes, there have been significant improvements for the website and we have seen an increase in visitors. I would highly recommend ElevateOM for website and SEO projects.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Elevateom web site builders, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others avoid similar issues.

From the onset, the service we received was far below expectations. Despite providing clear instructions for our website, the team delivered a very basic site that seemed to lack any real effort or attention to detail. It felt like a rushed job that could have been completed in a mere five minutes.

To make matters worse, after we made the full payment in advance, they did not finish the project or provide any support when we reached out for help. Communication was lacking, and it was incredibly frustrating to feel ignored.

Additionally, we encountered another shock when they suspended our website and demanded an extra $495 for hosting, despite our agreement for a one-time payment. It seemed like a tactic to keep us as clients rather than honoring our initial arrangement.

Ultimately, we've decided to suspend everything and are now in the process of building a website from scratch with a different provider. I cannot recommend Elevateom based on our experience, as it was filled with disappointment and unfulfilled promises. I encourage anyone considering their services to think twice.

I have not been happy with the service I have had throughout the journey for setting up my website. The number of errors I have had to flag, I ask questions and don’t receive a response to the questions. I asked for my website to go live on the 29th, which was confirmed ok, then randomly I get an email 3 weeks prior to go live date congratulating me that my website has gone live! Website went live with incorrect email address, my phone number is not yet live! When I sent an email asking how this has all happened. I get a response saying they have deactivated the website for now! No apology or anything. Really unhappy so far and have regretted using this company. They only contact you when they want your money. They have not acknowledged my complaint and have not had the courtesy to apologise for their huge mistake!
