The best thing for me, is the expert knowledge and advice always on hand: from recipe ideas to support with supplements and making small steps toward personal health and environmental goals that takes into account your financial and personal needs.

WOW!
Such a little gem, our one stop shop for our eco friendly / cruelty free products.
Can recommend the shampoo bars and cruelty free soap which are all plastic free.
From tooth paste to shaving products - they have it.

Massive selection of eco friendly cleaning products too.

Their Vegan range is awesome, nothing is too much trouble and we have ordered many vegan products from them including the Vbites range and vegan cheese and vegan butter. They have lots of organic products too.

The staff are very knowledgeable, and helped us choose suitable vitamins and supplements,

The owners Debbie and Neil are so lovely and friendly too, missing the free hugs which were on offer Pre Covid.

The ladies in here are so helpful and caring. I always feel so looked after. Yesterday as I was listened to and helped in my search for some thing to help me during recovery from an op next week.
They also do a loyalty scheme for locals which I think is great.

I specifically sought an Independent run Health food store - rather than a chain - because I wanted non-biased, health and product advice.  A friend recommended Elixir Health Foods as they are known locally for their delicious organic and vegan foods and products.
All the staff seem to have a wealth of knowledge and are super friendly and helpful.
If you cannot get into the store, then take a look at their website - you will not be disappointed - I discovered they also sell some lovely Eco friendly, plastic free products - what more could you ask for?

Stopped in whilst on holiday and SO glad I did. All the ladies were lovely and very friendly. Debbie listened and helped me a LOT and couldn’t have been more helpful with her advice. I actually felt some relief when I left the shop armed with some things to get me started and hopefully help with Fibro symptoms. An inspiring lady!! Thank you so much for all the advice and information I cannot tell you how grateful I am.
