Orders 6 big pillows for my pallet sofa, they were delivered within the week. Great quality and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I was a bit unsure at first due to previous reviews but had no issues and overall a good experience

Avoid this company at all cost!!!
Give you 1star because is the minimum I can give you SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered an egg chair cushion 120cm few days ago (my bad, I did not check the reviews before)
Look the picture they have in their web and look what arrived! Suchlike a joke 😡
I loaded the pics on the “photos” because they do not let people add photos in the reviews posts. I did not return it because in their web state that they do not give you the money back they only send you a voucher. Ridiculous!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY SENT BE TWO PROJECTOR ALARM, BOTH HAD BROKEN SEALS AND DAMAGED BOXES.
ANY NUMBER OF EMAILS WERE ANSWERED WITH A "IT'LL BE LOOKED INTO" AND THEN NOTHING. I'VE HAD TO WRITE THE MONEY OFF AS CLEARLY NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY.

I purchased a covered cat litter tray, then found a black insert on the top kept unclipping and fell into the litter tray beneath.
I contacted their "customer services" who said they would refer through to the Claims Department. It seems the Claims Department are as disgruntled as I am and have gone on strike as three weeks have passed and Ive heard nothing more, despite following up my complaint.
Wishing to solve the problem of the black insert falling into the inevitably soiled try below, I did ask if it needed glueing but absolutely no feedback whatsoever, constructive or not.

Think I'll take this up with Trading Standards and its a hygiene issue as well as a design fault.
