I rang to ask why my order status hadn't been updated, the guy seemed annoyed and said you've rang before haven't you. I've never even dealt with the company, I was take aback said no I haven't, I got a reply of I'll get the right guy to call you back. The next thing I know get an email order cancelled, reason was not enough stock, they still have the item in stock there were 100 when I ordered, if they'd been polite on the phone, said oh sorry we'll check that or something I wouldn't be bothered. But just incredibly rude. What kind of customer service gets shirty and says you've rang before.
