Making the decision to sell your home is not an easy one, especially when it is your first sale, based on this I wanted to ensure I got the best price, hence I had two estate agents working on the sale, but it soon became apparent that this was a one horse race.

The first thing that made Evenmore Properties stand out was the 365 virtual tour of the property, this was carried out and the advert was online the same day I instructed them to sell, giving the prospective buyers that immediate feeling of being inside your home, really does make the advert stand out.

Evenmore Properties provide a brilliant online portal, where you can view all the statistic about your sale, from the number of people viewing the advert per day/week, right down to the number of people who have viewed the 365 virtual tour. Alongside this each and every viewing; offer and potential buyers feedback is available 24/7, allowing both yourself and Evenmore Properties to make informed decisions.

Once you have agreed a sale with a buyer each step of yours and the buyers solicitors process, is displayed with the dates that it has been completed, giving you a full overview of the progression to completion.

However don't think that you will just get a web link, throughout the advertising; offering and completion Wayne and his team kept me updated on a regular basis, they really did provide the personal service, from the valuation and even after the sale they were in regular phone contact and were always happy to answer even the most silliest of my questions, you could really tell they care about their clients.

I have now quite a few years of experience with Evenmore Properties, first as a buyer of a property and then as a seller. On both occasions the experience has been superb to say the least. As a seller I must say that my experience has been very good from the very first day of posting the pictures online to finally finding a buyer and seeing the sale through, and the whole process in between. They have a small, but extremely efficient, warm hearted and genuinely helpful, team that I want to recommend to anyone trying to sell or buy (or rent) in the Durham city.
