Been working for eXPD8 for over 3 years now and the quality of management and support provided is absolutely amazing. Can't fault the support I receive from both my direct line managers or any of the peers. I only wish I lived closer to Bristol so that I could go into the office more often.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at eXPD8. I was told one pay rate but ended up being paid less. They also promised to cover travel expenses, but every time I uploaded proof, it was rejected with no real explanation. I worked 8-hour shifts but only got paid for 2 hours — and the travel often took longer than the actual task. To make things worse, they changed my final payment method from bank transfer to cheque without asking me, and now they’re ignoring all my attempts to get it sorted. Funny how they were able to constantly call me when they needed something, but now they’ve gone quiet. Yet they had no issue quickly sending me a box to return their tablet and posting my P45. I wouldn’t recommend
working for them to anyone. I will now have to take legal action in order to get the money I worked hard for. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! if i could give 0 stars I honestly would.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE I was bullied from the moment I started online by team leader and given the sack for having a fit note. They don’t care about your health or mental health and don’t pay for fuel a very unorganised and chaotic environment to work do yourself a favour avoid this one

Awful experience. Technology is only as good as the humans that control it. The humans at expd8 are terrible at communication leaving the employee frustrated and dejected. I would advise, do not work for this company
