I was charged for a new website that turned out to be worse than the original.

After that, they charged me thousands more, claiming they needed to fix the very website they had just built.

Their process feels like an automated money-making scheme rather than a genuine service.

Despite raising my concerns, they showed no interest in resolving the issues.

It was definitely exposure ninja. They set up a bot to keep on trying to automatically logging into my website. Dunno why.

Very misleading and deceptive practices. They promise you a "free review" of your website. They then ask all your personal info. Sure, why not since they give a free review. But at the end, they email you "you're not a good fit". So they get your info for free and don't bother giving you what they promised. Don't fall for it guys. When these guys don't smell enough money (even though they can be wrong), they don't fulfill their promise, which is bad marketing practice. Don't promise a free review if you don't deliver.

Dec. 11th 2024 update: After my review, I was sent the free study of our website. I feel that it was sent to make it up to me considering I've reviewed. But still they did it. So I'm raising from 1 star to 3 stars, because I still think if you promise a free website review, it should be done either. This is a constructive feedback, hopefully it will help improve your service.

i was super excited to work with exposure ninja after having consumed their youtube content for a while and loved what i was seeing.

nolan cowzer was assigned to deal with us after we had filled out the forms and submitted everything.

initially we had a zoom with nolan which went well and felt promising.

nolan said he would have some information to move forward on by the end of the week - this did not come.

i reached out to nolan how everything was going and did not hear a response. then i reached out to the exposure ninja team and fianlly, a few days after, nolan got back to me and told me he had been on leave (thanks for the heads up).

following on from this i wanted to see how we could best proceed as i was happy to give the benefit of the doubt and overlook this slight inconvenience.

after i replied to his email, i never heard back from him, i think i did follow up once more (or maybe not, im sure they're pr team will fact check this review).

either way, SUPER disappointed as my business partner and i were very eager to work with exposure ninja as i really did believe they were some of the best.

Extremely disappointed! I was all upbeat about them when I read repeatedly in their book “ how to get to the top of Google” urging readers to get a free review of their website. So I submitted my form and I got an email saying that the review would be done by another company because of the information I submitted, that my review was being forwarded to them and that I would get my results in seven days. Well two months have passed by and after repeated reminders to Exposure Ninja about an update, no one has bothered to get back to me. Why did you promise me something, which I was not going to get. This is not only extremely unprofessional, it is downright deceit.
