Always excellent staff and service. The "white haired" lady is the co-owner and has a dry take it or leave it attitude....you get what you see. Perfect in my opinion as she won't take any nonsense which in today's world is needed. Thabks F&J for being open a bring local.

AWFUL STAFF-Lovely ladies serving during the week but I went to drop off a parcel Sunday afternoon. 2 tills open & customer at closest till had a few parcels being processed. Old white haired woman at furthest till was gossiping with a friend who went to leave but the cashier said ‘it’s just another parcel- they’re a pain ‘ & carried on talking 😠 When the first cashier served me her only words were ‘you want a label printing?’ If you don’t want to do parcels, stop providing the service

Won’t take parcel as it’s too big - despite being within specs for service. Useless.

Absolute vile customer service. The older ‘lady’ has got such an attitude problem. I only went there to drop off parcels, asked if it was okay, and I got a response of ‘well it will have to be won’t it?’ I then thanked her, whilst she was rolling her eyes, she then found one of my parcels would not scan because a bit of the tape was covering the barcode which was such an inconvenience for her, I asked if she wanted me to try fix it, she then said ‘no just means I’ll have to type the code in won’t i?’ Just everything was an issue and the eye rolling and attitude was disgusting, I definitely won’t ever shop or take my parcels here ever again.
