I went to Argos to collect my Click and Collect orders just before Christmas, and I was really impressed with the service. The lady who served me was incredibly polite and professional, making the process smooth and quick, even with the holiday rush.

She had everything ready for me, and the whole experience was stress-free. I appreciated how efficient and friendly she was, especially at such a busy time of year.

I’ll definitely continue using Argos for Click and Collect in the future—great service every time!

I bought a product for my elderly mother which wasn’t suitable so I returned to the Farnborough store where I was made to feel like a criminal with the staff member unpacking it in its entirety (even though it had never been opened) and he then inspected every piece under the light before finally announcing that I could have a refund. I will never shop here again because it is absolutely unacceptable that they should make their valued customers feel this way just for returning unsuitable items.

Sad to see how fare down hill i remember the days when you could go in give a number and someone would bring you your item now it can take up to 24hours for it to get to the till… news flash if we wanted to wait for it to be delivered to you i might as well get it shipped to my house……..

Not as good as having Argos as a seperate shop. Slow service and almost all products i have wanted to purchase are not held as stick items. On a positive note, most items are available to order on a 24 hour system IF you are prepared to wait for that. Personally i'm not..

I get retail isn't for everyone but the service at this store is the worst I have ever experienced. Rude and condescending at best! Totally contradicted their own customer services department and thoroughly unhelpful. Terrible reflection of a brand which is suppose to be hassle free!

Service was poor and really slow. When the item we had chosen was out of stock we just got told to go away and find something eĺse rather than the member of staff offering us an alternative which would of saved everybody time.

Worst Argos experience in this store thanks to Maria who in her infinite wisdom thought a black couple returning unused and unopened items with receipt and product cover looks dodgy. She claimed on my cover instead of using the guarantee because she deemed the transaction suspicious. Terrible customer service and such should not be tolerated. She has messed with the wrong person and won’t get away with it this time.
