Our experience of Feel Created has been excellent. The scope of the website rebuild and a new build of a booking system for training was bespoke to meet our Safeguarding Children Partnership requirements.

From the beginning of the work to the launch, the approach was partnership led and no request or refinement was too much of an ask.

In terms of functionality, our requirements have been fully met and our new site and booking system is significantly improved in terms of usability.

Any urgent areas requiring further development were prioritised within the same working day where possible, and clear communication was given as to when it would be anticipated an the emerging work would be completed.

All of the live testing was undertaken throughout the day once the website went live. Any minor issues were picked up on and resolved within the same day.

We cannot recommend Feel Created enough and look forward to continuing our long established relationship with Ian and the team.
